Pleased to meet you!

Hi I'm Carla and I'm excited to be a part of this community. I'm the founder and lead trainer at Power On Agency, where we help people bring their best self to their biggest challenges. We serve people who serve people - and I believe we are all in the people business. Our flagship course teaches actionable skills to apply both personally and professionally to strategically create confidence, connection and trust because:

• A first impression is worth the P.A.I.N - permanent, accurate, immediate, nonverbal
• People will forget what you said, but they will never forget how you made them feel.
• It’s not what you said, it’s how you said it.
I look forward to learning, growing and connecting within this community!
