Learning so much!

I'm a web designer and Inbound Marketing Coordinator during the day, and a Professional Dog Trainer by night (ok, not really, but I do wear both hats) and it's astounding to me how much I'm learning from this 7 days of Google Program!
Now, if I can just get my listing to look like it's a real business and not a bot (I actually received a call today from someone who was convinced it was a scam by how it looks :( )
Open to all suggestions! I've got my logo up, and my name is written properly… I don't understand how to get the "sponsored" in the screenshot to look like it's supposed to.

I don't see "sponsored" on the screen and that will only appear when you are running paid ads with Google Ads.

I look forward to hearing more about what appears to be a scam or from a bot as I don't see anything obvious.

Hi Barb, it's actually the third photo uploaded. I just uploaded the other two photos to show my settings.

I did go ahead with the paid ads as I had that $600 credit when spending $600 so I went for it. My website traffic has been much higher in just the few days since doing so, which is awesome.
I'm not yet showing up in regular searches of my area for dog trainers, so the sponsored/paid for ads are helping.

I'm not having much luck trying to attach the photo by itself in this comment, but it's in the group of photos in the original post here.

A quick google search of "dog trainer yarmouth ns" will show what I mean. I'm at the top of the sponsored section, but it's just a globe as an icon instead of my logo, and instead of my name it says yourhappydogcoach.com
